Museo Marino Marini houses the legacy of the prolific Italian artist whom was famous for the figure of knight and Pomona sculptures. As the former church of San Pancrazio, the museum’s structure reflects the historical fragments of the church’s past and its contemporary adaptation. Pattern Language and Matthew Frederick’s “101 Things I learned in Architecture School” were used in analyzing the space and how different elements are combined with purposeful design to contribute towards a holistic experience between the exhibition and the museum.
